Hughie Brennan is a freelance music
composer from the Northwest
of England. He has been actively engaged
in the music business since 1992, when
he started out as a singer/songwriter.
In that time he has gained experience
writing and recording music in various
bands, for short
films, book trailer promotional videos,
websites plus music for other musicians.
He has also spent a lot of this time
performing live here in the UK and
abroad.
In 2008 he was one of five finalists in
the theme song competition for the James
Bond book 'Devil May Care' from Penguin
Books. The track features a great vocal
by singer/songwriter
Tricia McTeague.
Hughie co-wrote the final scene music
track with Andy McClelland for the new
Neil Fitzmaurice (Phoenix Nights) film,
'Charlie Noades R.I.P.' cinema released
January 2011. Neil wrote the screen play
and stars along side John Thomson (Cold
feet), Dave Spikey (Phoenix nights), and
John Henshaw (Born and Bred) plus some
other great acting talent. For more info
